45LBS IN THREE MTHS

I am proud to announce that I have lost over 45 pounds and I only have 100 pounds more to slim down. For those who want to know how I did it, well here are my tips: I stop eating all greasy foods (which was hard because I'm from the south), I hate the gym so I go for a walk everyday for at least 2 hours, I stop buying new clothes and instead I set goals to fit into my old jeans that I haven't been able to get into (so far I was able to get back into 3 old pair of jeans)The biggest change that I made was "I refuse to have stress in my life." Stress can cause all type of health problem, so take care of yourself
