45LBS IN THREE MTHS

I am proud to announce that I have lost over 45 pounds and I only have 100 pounds more to slim down. For those who want to know how I did it, well here are my tips: I stop eating all greasy foods (which was hard because I'm from the south), I hate the gym so I go for a walk everyday for at least 2 hours, I stop buying new clothes and instead I set goals to fit into my old jeans that I haven't been able to get into (so far I was able to get back into 3 old pair of jeans)The biggest change that I made was "I refuse to have stress in my life." Stress can cause all type of health problem, so take care of yourself

My 27th Birthday!!! YAYAYAY....

August 28, 2010 was my BIRTHDAY which means I am now one year older than last year, and I FEEL GREAT!!! In past year I have had my ups and downs, and yet I have not lost hope on what the future has in store for me, and the reason WHY is because I can't wait to find out. I look forward to new Love comeing into the picture, new advantures, as well as new stories because lets face the fact- we all need to tell a story or two. It's the only way people will know that your living some type of a life.

My family and I went to my auntie 50th birthday and had a great time. It was a red carpet event, and every women in the building wore beautiful gowns that were lace with jewels, and gowns of every color. The dress that was a winner for me was worn by my very own mother, and not because I picked out the dress (www.Nordstrom.com) but for the fact that her dress look as if it was the most comfortable to wear, and the details in her dress was just "sexy". If you check out (www.nordstrom.com) you will find lovely evening gowns that are very affordable. The dress that my mother (shoe horse neck line)was under $200.00 dollars.

OMG.. They fit... I was out shopping with my sisters when I saw these pants and they were in my size but they didn't fit "DAMN", but I bought them anyways because I was determine to wear these jeans. So I came up with a plan to go hard on my diet: I went for walks twice a day, cut out the veggie that had sugar, and made sure I didn't have anything to eat after 7pm, and after 2 weeks of doing this I was able to get into these pants. YAYYYAAAYYY.... I had the biggest smile on my face because I was able to get into these jeans.

This just shows me that if I stay stronge and stick to my goals that I will be able to reach all my goals.

I have to get into these jeans

For the past month now I have been on a diet, and so far I have lost 10lbs that I am very happy about. I wear a size 24 in clothes and these PePe jeans are a size 20. I'm giving myself 2 to 3 months to fit into cute jeans, so today my sister and I signed up for a gym membership at 24 Hour Fitness to help us get fit for the summer because we will be doing alot of partying. By the way I'm the oldest of 4 girls and I'm also the only one that is over weight. "Don't ask me why". I've always been a big girl and I like haveing "meat" or "thickness" to my body, I just want to get healthy and continue to look good and feel good.
